This place although at times can be busy as hellllll is always fun Everyone is there n point and quick to serve, take orders, clear tables, offer advice on what to order. I always feel like family when we're there because they remember our cheerful azzes. We're regulars. One time we were having issues with our reservation and the manager recognized us and sat us anyway. Thank you to the chefs and the staff here we never leave unhappy. All the dishes are delicious, you can't make a mistake. Cooked/raw /baked /nigiri /apps, whatever. Definitely recommend a stop here. Top 10 in Vegas for shizzle. Much love Gorilla!

This place has such great sushi and appetizers. We visited twice in a row! Expect to wait. Both times we visited we had over an hours long wait! The atmosphere is fast paced and very get in and get out vibe. I have no complaints and highly recommend a visit for the food solely! The service is quick. You'll get everything out fast. However, You're there to eat and leave. I wasn't too happy about that as my group enjoys food, drinks with a good conversation. Regardless, the food is a win therefore still recommend a visit!

AYCE sushi for $25 during their lunch special?! Can't beat that. Every time I visit Vegas, I make sure to visit this spot. So yummy!

Really exited to try this place after seeing such about it on social media! We were immediately greeted and sat at a booth & everything tasted great & came out quickly! My husband quickly became addicted to their edamame, and had about 4 bowls of it. I love that most of their rolls have specific details as to what they consist of, so for someone who may not be as familiar with sushi, they can pretty easily navigate the menu; which has a great selection. Now, there were a couple of things we didn't love outside of the wonderful food & service. Those couple of things being: The music felt too loud. It's a relatively small place, and the music was a tad on the loud side for what I prefer in a restaurant setting. It was a little difficult to hold a conversation at the table without feeling like I had to raise my voice at times. The second thing was the table itself. It was so unstable and slippery. The slightest lean or tap of the table left it sliding a couple of inches to and from myself and my husband constantly throughout the meal. It led to a messy table with splashed sauces and drinks a few times. Perhaps we were just at the one table that did that, but it was certainly the most annoying part of the experience as a whole. We will certainly return to try more wonderful menu items, and some favorites from our first visit, and will absolutely bring friends. If we get a table that doesn't slip & slide next time around, I'll likely revise and give it a full 5 star.

The sushi rolls are hot and cold as appropriate. The food comes out quick, the restaurant is clean and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I Will 100% come back!

Gorilla Sushi has a fun exciting vibe and delicious sushi! You'll find them on Tropicana and Spencer. This area is always busy and parking is limited, especially on Friday night and weekends. Inside is a lively atmosphere with awesome music. There's good seating for a booth and by the bar where there's TV and music entertainment. Love the lighting fixtures. On the first vist, I chose A La Carte and opted for King Kong Roll, Fried Gyoza, Baked Scallop Roll, and Corn Cheese, all are good! King Kong Roll (6 pieces, $10.95) is amazing! It's deep-fried sushi roll filled with shrimp tempura, spicy crab meat, cream cheese, served with a sweet delicious eel and yum yum sauce. Baked Scallop Roll ($10.95) is tasty! It has crabmeat, avocado, baked scallop, and eel sauce. Also tried dessert for Green Tea Ice Cream and Affogato, both delightful and not too sweet. On my second visit, I did AYCE Sushi (Dinner, $29.95) and requested again for King Kong Roll with Gyoza and Baked Scallop Roll, added California Roll, and Ultimate Shrimp Roll, all very delicious! Service from Angie and Anna is welcoming, attentive and friendly! Everyone in the staff is so nice and polite. Love the cool vibe and great sushi rolls!
